Project Management
We recognize that one of the key elements to long-term success on a project is effective management. Managing e-Discovery and reviews requires a unique and highly specialized skill set distinct from general management or even practicing law.
Synergies can exist when technology, strategy and review teams interact throughout a project. Our goal is to capitalize on those synergies via our Project Managers. This is where TrustPoint goes beyond legal staffing and moves toward cost savings across the entire scope of e-Discovery.
We have divided our project management team into four distinct levels of support, all of which play a critical role in the overall success.
Levels of Project Management Support
- Senior Project Manager – Our Senior Project Managers collaborate with the client at the highest level to help define and execute strategies for collection, processing, review and document production.
- Project Coordinator – The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing multiple projects through the managed review lifecycle and represents the review team as a whole, with specific responsibility for moving data through the review phase.
- Project Engineer – Our Project Engineering team is made up of our technical support staff, ensuring that our infrastructure and your data are working together seamlessly.
- Team Leader – As part of the review team and an active reviewer him/herself, the Team Leader coordinates the administrative activity of our review attorneys
